Dynamic ROI (“Dynamic ROI,” “we,” “us”) is a healthcare-focused performance marketing agency. This policy explains what information we collect through dynamicroi.com and our client services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. Name, company, email address, phone number, and anything else you submit through our contact, audit, agreement, onboarding, or intake forms, or when you book a call with us.
Automatically collected information. IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and on-site activity gathered with cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels.
Client account data. When you engage us, you may grant us access to advertising, analytics, CRM, website, and email platforms. We access those accounts only to deliver the services you hired us for.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information, including health details, submitted through our public forms.
We and our partners use cookies and pixels from providers such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta to understand site performance and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising through each platform’s ad settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who work on our behalf — hosting, CRM and scheduling (GoHighLevel), payments (Stripe), e-signature, analytics, and advertising platforms — under contracts limiting their use of it. We may also disclose information when required by law or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
When a client engagement involves protected health information, we handle it under a separate business associate agreement and applicable HIPAA requirements. This website is not intended for the submission of patient health information.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
